Laboratory | MicroBiology
In the microbiology laboratory tests LTL food and environmental samples are carried out using rapid and automated methods. Since oriented response times are critical in micro biological testing in the food industry, LTL has created a specific area of molecular biology, with fast techniques that would adequately meet the needs of the food industry response time.
All these tests are performed with the following equipment:
- Bacteriological Incubators.
- Autoclaves.
- Laminar flow cabinets.
- Automated colony counters.
- Equipment Lumistox toxicity.
- Electron microscope.
- Systems identification of microorganisms (biochemical tests, antigen-antibody, etc.)
Highlighted techniques in this area are:
- ELFA (fluorescence assay enzyme-linked, VIDAS®).
- Automated NMP (TEMPO®)
- PCR-RT (polymerase chain reaction in real time).
